The Ordinary Unveils a B12-powered serum
In the world of skincare, vitamin B12 is a bit of a hidden gem. We’re sure you’re well aquainted with retinol, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid-powered products, but B12 is the underrated ingredient offering up skin barrier support by remedying dry skin and reducing the appearance of redness. It also happens to be the star ingredient within The Ordinary’s new Soothing & Barrier Support Serum. In addition to providing sad skin with all of the aforementioned benefits, this soothing serum also has one more impressive selling point we’ve got to credit B12 for. Drumroll, please… It’s pink! That’s right, this vitamin imparts a stunning pink hue. We’re not saying beauty products work better when they’re pretty in pink, but it sure makes doing skincare feel like more fun.
Bobbi Brown drops a conditioning collection of matte lipsticks
It’s time to kiss dry lips goodbye, because Bobbi Brown Cosmetics just unveiled a collection of non-drying matte lipsticks that are not a want but a need. Available in 12 stunning shades from soft nudes like “Downtown Rose” to rich reds like “Red Carpet”, these skincare-infused Luxe Matte Lipsticks were made for lipstick wearers that love the look of a sophisticated matte lip, but not the feeling of dryness that typically comes along with it. A lip-loving concoction of hyaluronic acid and flower extracts within each lipstick keeps lips smooth, soft, and conditioned, while the mattified pigments provide up to 10 hours of “colour-true” wear. Colour us obsessed.
Olaplex’s newest conditioner is a blonde’s dream
ICYMI: We’re in for a “nepo blonde” coloured fall. In order to banish brassiness and keep your blonde (or grey!) hair bright this season, purple products like Olaplex’s No. 5P Blonde Enhancer Toning Conditioner are a must-have. Although, this just-dropped conditioner is not your average purple conditioner. This baby is brimming with micro-fine purple pigments that ensure a brighter blonde sans unwanted yellow tones. Plus it’s infused with Olaplex’s signature Bond Building Technology so your hair will feel just as nourished and healthy as it is bright.
