Seth Meyers is heading to Nantucket. The Late Night with Seth Meyers host has added two standup shows to his 2026 comedy tour, both set for August 27 at the Nantucket Performing Arts Center in Massachusetts.
The two performances are back-to-back on the same Thursday evening: one at 6 p.m. and a second at 8:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are live right now using the code SETH. General tickets go on sale Monday, June 8. Seats are available at sethmeyers.com.
On Instagram, Meyers kept the announcement brief and warm. He told his followers he had just added the dates, then closed with: “Get your tickets while they’re still available and come have some laughs with me.”
For anyone newer to his work, Seth Meyers is the host of Late Night with Seth Meyers on NBC, a job he has held since 2014. He came to it after more than a decade at Saturday Night Live. There, he worked his way up from featured player to head writer and spent years co-anchoring Weekend Update alongside Amy Poehler. His standup has run alongside the TV schedule throughout, and the 2026 comedy tour is the latest chapter in that tradition. The Nantucket dates are among its newest additions.
Nantucket isn’t a typical stop on a national comedy tour. The island sits off the Cape Cod coast in Massachusetts and draws a summer crowd that’s mostly there for beaches, seafood, and sailing. That makes these two shows a genuinely fun addition to the island’s summer calendar. The Nantucket Performing Arts Center is a respected live-performance venue on the island. A standup night in a room that size is a very different experience from a big-city theater. The back-to-back show structure is also a practical call for a smaller venue. It doubles the available seats without pushing the space beyond what it handles well.
Late August is a busy stretch on Nantucket. The island tends to fill up through those final summer weeks, and a Seth Meyers comedy show on a Thursday evening is a strong option for anyone out there. For visitors already planning a late-August trip to the area, this is worth looking into before the general sale opens on June 8.
The pre-sale is live right now with the code SETH. Smaller venues with popular headliners tend to sell through quickly.
Two shows in one evening gives more people a shot at attending. It’s a smart move for an intimate space, and Nantucket is a fun addition to what’s shaping up to be a solid 2026 tour run.
