Sir Paul McCartney has unveiled dates for a new Australian tour, and tickets will herald his first — and so far, only — live shows in 2023.
Recalling his last round in Australia six years ago, Macca shared in a statement, “Our last trip was so much fun. We had such an incredible time. Each show was a party, so we know this is going to be incredibly special. Australia we are going to rock! I can’t wait to see you.”

What Is Paul McCartney’s Next Tour?
Paul McCartney’s 2023 Australian tour follows 2022’s “Got Back” US stadium tour (revisit our recap of the spring tour opener here).
He’ll kick off his new live circuit at Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre on October 18th, then hit Melbourne and Newcastle within the first week. After stops to Sydney on October 27th and Brisbane on November 1st, McCartney wraps at Gold Coast’s Heritage Bank Stadium on November 4th.

No openers have been announced, but there are plenty of opportunities for surprise guests to join Paul McCartney during his Australian trek. In 2022, he shared the stage with Bruce Springsteen in New Jersey, and again along with Dave Grohl while headlining Glastonbury.
