2022 FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival

The FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival is getting SUPER FREAKY for its 17th edition to celebrate independent horror cinema’s incredible artists with a world showcase of some of the medium’s most fantastic and original horror films.

FREAK SHOW’s opening night is presented by FEAR FILM Studios and will open with the US Premiere of the short Australian film MARKED and the US Premiere of the feature IN THE WOODS directed by Manuel Weiss. In this German produced horror film, a worried father and his teenager daughter face inexplicable, threatening incidents when their car unexpectedly breaks down in a deserted wooded area.

Running OCTOBER 14-16, FREAK SHOW is headlined by the World Premiere of the Florida based slasher THE PUMPKIN MAN. Also premiering at the festival is the female driven revenge film NIGHT SHIFT, the East Cost Premiere of the psychological thriller HYPNODICA, as well as the ultraviolent Canadian Zombie film SHIFTED.

Recognized as the largest genre film event in the State of Florida and one of “The World’s Coolest Film Festivals” by MovieMaker Magazine, FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival will complement its in-theater festival program with after parties and Halloween fun only FREAK SHOW can provide.
