Little Simz returned to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to perform her song “Heart on Fire” from her latest album, No Thank You. She was joined by the Harlem Gospel Choir, B String Quartet, and members of the Late Show Band. Watch the performance below.
This past Sunday, February 19, Little Simz also performed “Heart on Fire” at the 76th British Academy Film Awards. She was joined by guitarist Joan Armatrading for the performance. Watch that below, too.
No Thank You was released on short notice in December. It’s the follow-up to Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, which earned Little Simz the 2022 Mercury Prize. She had previously been nominated for the honor for 2019’s Grey Area; between those projects, the rapper issued the EP Drop 6 in 2020.
