The #1 Thriller On Hulu Is A Twisted And Unexpected

locksmith still - The #1 Thriller On Hulu Is A Twisted And Unexpected Surprise

There are always a couple of surprises in the charts every week. However, it’s not every day we can play Six Degrees of Separation from our outlet to the #1 thriller on Hulu. This is why we’re feeling extra giddy today as we watch The Locksmith slaying the competition.

Synopsis

“A thief fresh out of prison tries to work his way back into the life of his daughter and ex-fiancée. He is forced to use the skills he has as a gifted locksmith, and things take a tumultuous turn after an unexpected disappearance.”

The Locksmith was directed by Nicolas Harvard. The screenplay was written by John Glosser, Joe Russo, and Chris LaMont. The movie stars Ryan Phillippe, Kate Bosworth, Ving Rhames, Charlie Weber, and Jeffrey Nordling.

If Joe Russo’s name looks familiar, it might be because outside of filmmaking, he’s a podcast producer. Specifically, Dread’s own Post Mortem With Mick Garris.

The Locksmith Signature Entertainment - The #1 Thriller On Hulu Is A Twisted And Unexpected Surprise

Most Hulu subscribers took to Twitter to gush over this cast. Our man Joe Russo managed to assemble an Avengers of sorts, and we are all shaken by every name on the list, from Ryan Phillippe to Ving Rhames.

We celebrate all thrillers over here. However, we’re living for this one’s success and hope our Joe Russo is celebrating this week on the Hulu charts. The other Joe Russo can also have a good day, but not in this article.

If that cast wasn’t enough to put this movie on your radar, you should watch the trailer below.
