We all know that Stephen King enjoys his genre TV shows. However, he has taken his love for this new sci-fi series to a new level. It seems Stephen’s excitement for Silo cannot be contained on just one social media app.

We all noticed when he referred to the show as “excellent science fiction” last month. Which was all most of us needed to hear before hitting play.

See what Stephen King tweeted

However, we did not know that the very next day, King took to one of the new social media apps to continue singing the praises for this AppleTV+ original series. That’s right! He made his love for the show Bluesky official.

I don’t know about you, but I need to know more about the epic show that has Stephen King writing posts on two different timelines. Let’s investigate this Silo.

Synopsis

“In a ruined and toxic future, thousands live in a giant silo deep underground. After its sheriff breaks a cardinal rule and residents die mysteriously, engineer Juliette (Rebecca Ferguson) starts to uncover shocking secrets and the truth about the silo.”

Silo is based on a book series by Hugh Howey. It was adapted for TV by Graham Yost. The series stars Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins, Common, Avi Nash, Harriet Walter, Iain Glen, Rashida Jones, and David Oyelowo.

Stephen King isn’t the only one enjoying this epic sci-fi moment. It was renewed for a second season before the season finale aired. So, King is just one of many people in this fanbase.
