I even use it on my scalp where my hair thins from traction alopecia (AKA stress from wearing high buns and ponytails too often). By stimulating collagen, the microneedle roller can actually encourage new hair growth. Cool, right?

Start with the upper body and work towards the heart, rolling the tool over the skin with light to medium pressure and in long strokes. Roll over each area three to four times. Move to the lower body and work from the feet up to the groin. Bonus points if you work the tool in a wiggling motion near the major lymph nodes (like the groin, collar bone, and underarm area). Doing so will facilitate better lymphatic drainage.
